Hi, I’m Monic – the founder of Studio Scents.

Originally from Thailand, I moved to Finland in 2013. My journey as an entrepreneur is built on a foundation of hospitality and science: I graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management in 2021 and as an Environmental Engineer in 2025. I founded Studio Scents to create something creative and meaningful in Lappeenranta – a place where fragrance and creativity meet.

Safety and sustainability are at the core of everything I do. With my engineering background, I prioritize high-quality natural ingredients, using only 100% soy wax and IFRA-certified oils. To minimize waste, I’ve designed DIY candle-making kits that allow you to refill your existing candle jars instead of throwing them away.

I truly love customer service and meeting new people. My goal is to share my passion for scents with you and provide a space where you and your friends can relax, create, and fall in love with the world of fragrances.
